At Panzer Concierge Medicine, we offer two packages. Both packages include 24/7 access to your provider via text, phone, video, or in-person (as appropriate for the situation). Read below for an outline of differences between these packages.
For patients with insurance
Complete Metabolic Panel, Complete Blood Cell Count, Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, Prostate Specific Antigen, Lipid Profile, Hemoglobin A1C, Urinalysis, Other labs, based on diagnosis
Ultrasounds, X-Rays, MRI, CT, ECG, PFT, or other services based on diagnosis.

All new members will pay a one time enrollment fee of $100 at the first visit. Regular billing will start the month you enroll regardless of first visit date.
